How to register for artist booths

  Please complete the form below so we have everything we need to represent you properly at The Little Chicago Tattoo Classic. This helps us prep for promotions, signage, and health board requirements.  

All artists are required to pay a rental fee for each booth. All fees are payed through our Venmo account which can be accessed through the payment link below.

•All booths are 10x10

•Single Booths-$600

•Corner Booths-$650

•Double Booths-$1000

All artists attending The Little Chicago Tattoo Classic are required to complete and submit the proper paperwork to the Butler County Health Department. This is a crucial part of keeping the event safe, sanitary, and compliant for everyone involved. Please send in blood born pathogens, first aid, and CPR training forms :

Note: this step is separate from your booth registration. The application can be filled out by one person for the whole group if you prefer.
